Do you live in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood? Come tell us about your neighborhood at Signal Cleveland’s office hours in Central, every Tuesday afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Sterling Branch of the Cleveland Public Library (2200 E. 30th St).
